How do you become a client of W2 Wealth?
We love working with new clients! For us, developing a financial plan is exciting, uplifting and rewarding! Becoming a client is straightforward. To get there, we will simply follow the five stages outlined below.
Steps to becoming a client
1. Initial Discovery Meeting
For our relationship to work, it is important that we get to know each other. Prior to delving into strategies and numbers, it is important that we get to understand you – your current situation, goals, objectives and aspirations. In addition, we can better explain our services and how we might be able to help you.
2. Data Collection
Within our initial meeting we will complete the W2W Data Collection Form. This will provide us with all of the basic information that we will need from you. In addition to that, it is likely that we will need to obtain additional information from third parties such as your accountant, solicitor or existing superannuation funds. Collecting this information enables us to provide appropriate advice to you.
3. Presenting Your Advice
Once we have collected all required information and reviewed your situation in detail, we will be able to make recommendations. We will present these within a documented Statement of Advice (SOA). This report will confirm your current situation, detail our recommendations and your situation post recommendations. It will also detail all fees and costs.
4. Implementing the Advice
When you have digested the Statement of Advice, and are ready to move ahead, we will help you implement the recommendations. Depending on the complexity of the changes, this may take some time to complete. We will liaise with third parties as required and keep you updated throughout the process.
5. Providing Ongoing Service & Reviews
After the recommendations have been implemented, you will then be able to receive ongoing service and support from W2 Wealth. Depending upon the complexity of your situation, this may include quarterly, six-monthly or annual review meetings. Ad hoc advice will be provided as required.
